Lasagna!

So Matt just HAD to have this fancy lasagna pan. It is one of those "all edges" pans. I, of course, was skeptical and thinking it was a waste of money. But alas, I was wrong. Hard to believe since that NEVER happens. :)

All the edges came out perfectly crispy and Matt's little heart melted.



So the pan certainly doesn't make lasagna a quick process: it still took hours of effort (sauce making, ricotta mixing, assembly, baking...). But it was yummy. So yummy in fact, I think I now NEED the brownie pan!!
